Im sitting around waiting for the mailman to bring my bike parts. Yes I foolishly took all my bikes apart to "improve" them. Now I have nothing to ride for a day or so.

    I think that comes under the heading of "if it ain't broke, fix it until it is".
    I've been down that road.

    i believe that friction drives are the least efficient method of powering a bike....
